Inland Northwest Lighthouse Advisory Council Member since 2015
Don became aware of and drawn to joining the board of Trustees because of his son, who worked at the Lighthouse Seattle facility. He served on the Board of Trustees at the Lighthouse for the Blind for 30 years, from 1984 until 2014 when he was granted Trustee Emeritus status. After retiring from his career in aerospace, Don moved out to Spokane and in 2015, joined the Inland Northwest Lighthouse Advisory Council. Before that, Don worked as an engineer with The Boeing Company, and has worked and volunteered with such organizations as the Northwest Intermountain Synod of the Elca.
