Pat brings decades of hands-on leadership in complex manufacturing environments, including extensive experience both within and outside of Lighthouse operations. His deep roots in precision machining, process improvement, and operations strategy are perfectly aligned with our legacy of world-class manufacturing and our commitment to creating meaningful employment opportunities for individuals who are blind, DeafBlind, or visually impaired.
Under Pat’s leadership, the Lighthouse is poised to strengthen and expand relationships with key customers across the aerospace and defense sectors — industries in which we have proudly excelled for nearly 75 years. Our team produces an extraordinary range of more than 7,000 unique aerospace parts per year, delivering precision-machined components and assemblies to leading manufacturers such as The Boeing Company and other major commercial and defense partners.
