The Summerville, South Carolina location of The Lighthouse for the Blind, Inc. held its first major fundraiser on Friday, January 26th at the Summerville Country Club and it was a HUGE success! The cool weather was perfect for over 125 members of the community to kick off their weekend by shucking unlimited steamed oysters, enjoying beer and wine, and dancing to music by Charleston’s own Plane Jane band. Guests were able to warm themselves up by relaxing at fire pits while also testing their skill at playing corn hole.
