Description

Ring in the new year with an exciting and interactive webinar from The Lighthouse for the Blind, Inc. In this second installment of our annual “Apps to Tap” series, we’ll highlight apps, resources, and features that will help you start this year off on the right foot. We’ll explore Obstacle Detector, an app that utilizes Lidar and true depth camera technology to locate and recognize objects. We’ll dive into Microsoft To-Do, a completely accessible tool offering a robust suite of features for organizing those New Year’s resolutions and task lists. And we’ll wrap up with a review of several notable features of the iPhone 15, including the action button, the dynamic island, and the new accessible shut-down sounds. Enhancements, additions, and a few pesky bugs in iOS 17 will also be covered.

We value your input, so come share your comments and questions during this exciting and interactive session. Register now and be part of the conversation as we tap into a year of accessibility and innovation!
