FreeWill at the Lighthouse

The Lighthouse has partnered with FreeWill to provide a simple and expedient will writing service at no cost to you. With a valid will and beneficiary-designation forms, you can choose who receives your property, name guardians for your children, provide a home for your pets, and more.

Why FreeWill?

70% of Americans have not yet written their will, for lots of reasons, but mostly because they haven’t gotten around to it yet. Wherever you are, from just beginning to think about a plan to knowing exactly what you want your will to say, FreeWill will guild you on your path. The process is as simple as answering some straightforward questions that walk you through your assets, funeral plans, and potential donations. Once you are finished, you can print your documents and your state specific instructions. Each state has its own local formalities to make a will valid.
