The Foundation Board of Directors supports Lighthouse programs and services through outreach and cultivation activities, continuing education opportunities, and networking as ambassadors to the community. Foundation Board members are skilled volunteers who act as ambassadors in the community and seek to increase overall awareness of and support for the Lighthouse mission.

Strategic Leadership Team

The Strategic Leadership Team (SLT) is a core group of senior Lighthouse employees responsible for providing strategic and operational oversight. The team sets goals, develops plans, implements strategies, and monitors and reports on outcomes. The team is involved in strategic planning, budgeting, and building and leading teams. The group collectively brings diverse, cross-organizational perspectives for solving challenges, drafting policies, and coordinating efforts that keep the organization healthy and true to the mission. All members of the SLT report to the President and CEO, who in turn, reports to the Board of Trustees.
