The Employee of the Year selection process for 2022 is nearing completion this month. Nominations for our two awards, the Raymond W. Haman Direct Labor Award, and our Lighthouse Indirect Award, were gathered by HR staff. These candidates were then sent to our Selection Committee which is composed of volunteers from our Quarterly Leadership Roundtable team (QLR).  Votes were cast according to our Employee of the Year criteria. Two finalists for each award were then moved to the next step in the process.

This year we are pleased to honor Nick Shively, Production Lead III Spokane and Pendah Goode, Production Worker Summerville as our finalists for the direct Award and David Geary, Legal HR Project Manager – Corporate Secretary along with Gaylen Floy Computer and Assistive Technology Instructor as our indirect finalists.

Winners will be selected by President and CEO George Abbott later this month and announced at a special celebratory event to be held on January 11. All finalists and runners-up will be invited to attend, receiving a certificate of achievement and monetary award. Lighthouse employees will be notified of the winners at that time as well.
