Fatima Naseem
Fatima is an Operations Manager and Change Management Leader at the University of Washington. She is a transplant to the Seattle area since 2011 and grew up in the Pacific Northwest in Boise, Idaho. Fatima earned her BA in Business and Psychology at Boise State University and her MA in Organizational Psychology at Seattle Pacific University. She started volunteering in high school as a Key Club member and throughout college as a South Asian Students Association member. Since being in the professional life, she has participated in many volunteer events through various employee resource groups and personally at non-profit entities including Mary’s place, Food Lifeline, City of Everett, Dress for Success, and the Sammamish Animal Sanctuary. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, reading, and cooking. Fatima is committed to serving her local community and looks forward to contributing towards the stewardship effort at the Lighthouse and beyond.
