Gary Mackenstadt

Gary Mackenstadt is a blind retiree, who worked for 32 years as an investigator, mediator and also in supervision with the Office of Civil Rights, US Department of Education. He also worked in disability services with Los Angeles City college, a research analyst with California Department of Rehabilitation, and administering prevocational and vocational programs for Blind Services and Industries of Maryland. For the past 53 years Gary has worked on a voluntary basis on the civil rights of blind persons.
