Paul is a seasoned professional executive leader with over 20 years’ experience managing programs and leading teams to success in a number of corporate roles. Before coming to lead as CEO of the local nonprofit Friends of Youth, which focuses on providing critical youth services, Paul served in a number of executive roles with the YMCA, most recently as Senior Executive at the YMCA of Greater Seattle. Paul joined the Lighthouse Board of Trustees in 2018 and joined the Foundation Board in the fall of 2022.
