We operate three Contract Management Support (CMS) services, two in San Diego, CA, and one in Huntsville, AL. We are currently closing out contracts for NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Command in downtown San Diego on North Harbor drive, for the NAVWAR off Pacific Highway in San Diego, and for the U.S. Army Contracting Command at the Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL. The Lighthouse has three contracts that employ sixteen employees, most of whom, are legally blind. CMS services help mitigate the critical government shortage of contract specialists by focusing on providing post-contract award administration support services that are not inherently governmental functions.

The AbilityOne Program is providing critical support to government contracting offices by freeing up time for the contracting workforce to address more mission-critical and inherently-governmental functions, while at the same time facilitating the return of unused obligated contract funds to the government. Employees working through the AbilityOne Program, including Wounded Warriors and Service Disabled Veterans, gain much needed employment opportunities in a career-oriented, upwardly-mobile professional field.
