Antonio Rozier, IT Systems Director

Antonio Rozier began his career at the Lighthouse in 2016 as Accessibility Manager after working with Microsoft on accessibility compliance projects. Born prematurely with Keratoconus, which impaired his vision, Antonio thrived in sports and excelled with technology.

He later worked as a computer trainer at a residential blindness rehabilitation center before joining the Lighthouse, where he oversees accessible technology systems. Antonio was instrumental in leading the ERP system implementation in 2024, a key achievement in his role.

Outside of work, he balances his career with family life in Seattle, raising five children, and his passion for goalball, where he won the National Goalball Championship in 2024.

Gregory Wilson, Setup Specialist

Gregory Wilson joined the Lighthouse two years ago, starting on the production line before being promoted to Setup Specialist. He ensures workstations are set up, performs quality checks, and supports his team when needed.

Diagnosed with retinitis pigmentosa at 13, Gregory has faced vision loss with resilience, adapting throughout his life. Before the Lighthouse, he held various jobs but struggled to find stability. Inspired by YouTube videos of blind people working, Gregory reached out to the Lighthouse, where he now enjoys a sense of belonging and the opportunity for personal and professional growth.
