Our comprehensive approach includes our renowned DeafBlind Program, independent living skills training, interpreting services, orientation and mobility instruction, equipping individuals with the tools for confident navigation. Our technology centers offer adapted resources and training, bridging the digital divide.

Jennifer Karr-Lee has 20 years of experience in frontline and corporate leadership and program strategy, leading diverse teams focused on employee and customer experience and engagement.
Rachel Grossman-Kahn
Rachel Grossman-Kahn is a passionate Seattle disability advocate. She works at Best Buy as an Accessibility UX Designer, ensuring that their website and app are accessible for all users, especially those with disabilities.
Faye Green
Faye has over 7 years’ experience working with non-profit organizations to develop fundraising and volunteer programs, including her tenure at The Lighthouse for the Blind, Inc. from 2018-2022, where she worked as a Development Associate.
